During the battle, many things are fought over in a divorce – often more than one might think. The house and child custody comes up quite frequently, for example; however, there is no shortage regarding asset division with Couples going through extensive legal proceedings just so that each party gets what they feel belongs to theirs at court-mandated settlements!
The items that couples fight over during divorce settlements can be as specific and strange as Christmas lights or human organs.

The case will be combined now after having gone through civil courts earlier this year, where they decided not to allow her claims against them; however, after an appeals process was held last month leading up until November 2018 where all parties were called back into another hearing–a decision must finally be made!
